La cosa a fer quan creues la frontera de Tailàndia a Laos es agafar aquest petit barquet pel Mekong que triga dos dies fins a arribar a Luang Prabang (amb parada tècnica per dormir a Pak Beng). Experiència molt divertida per la companyia amb paisatge molt maco (tot i que 18 hores total pot ser una mica massa), pero coneixent altres backpackers al vaixell, fent birres i jugant a cartes!!! Ambdues nits arribades a Pak Beng i a Luang Prabang provant de fer skype amb la Susana qui es va casar divendres 13 de juny i a qui li dedico aquest post!!
When crossing the border from Thailand to Laos it's a thing to get the slowboat through the Mekong that takes two days to get to Luang Prabang (with technical stop to sleep in Pak Beng). Very amusing experience for the company with a great scenery (though 18 hours of the same scenery can be tiring), but meeting other backpackers in the boat, drinking beer and playing cards!! Both nights spent in Pak Beng and in Luang Prabang trying to skype with Susanna who got married Friday 13 June and to whom I dedicate this post!!!
