Bago Day 311: Morning Stop

L'autobús que baixa d'Inle em deixa a les 5.30 del mati a Bago!! En baixar sempre hi ha algun espavilat que t'espera per ser el primer a vendre't el billet a Golden Rock o habitació!!! Aniré a la tarda cap allà doncs passo al mati veient els temples de Bago (un munt). La Pagoda mes alta de Myanmar, un Budha estirat mes gran que el de Bangkok i un temple amb una serp de 6m i 115 anys (això diu el guia). Em cago una mica veient la serp pero sobrevisc!! Un cop acabat el tour (un xantxullo raro que m'ha fet el que m'ha vengut el billet), dono una volta pel poble i m'encanta el mercat!! Molt autèntic i amb molta activitat, he d'acceptar que tothom em senyali amb el dit i els somric amigablement, un noi m'intenta fer aguantar un pollastre viu lligat per les potes, tot una experiència (sense fotos)!! Al migdia bus cap a Golden Rock per fer nit allà!!!!

The bus coming down from Inle drops me at 5.30 am in Bago!! Just getting off there is always someone waiting for you to be the first to seek you a bus ticket to Golden Rock or a room!!! I will go in the afternoon there but first I spend the morning seeing the temples in Bago (so many). The tallest pagoda in Myanmar, a laying Budha bigger than the one in Bangkok and a temple with a snake 6m long and 115 years old (that's what the guide says). I shit my pants but I survive the snake!! Once finished the tour (a weird deal the guy who sells me the ticket gets me), I walk around town and fall in love with the market!! Very authentic and really busy, I must accept that everybody points me with a finger and I smile sympathetically, a guy tries to make me hold a chicken tied by its feet, a whole experience (with no pictures)!! Noon I get the bus to Golden a Rock to sleep there!!!
